Damaged goods
All items will be inspected before being shipped out. If there are any manufacturing defects with the products, please contact us within 3 days of received date with your order number on the subject line.
Return all items in original packaging & same condition shipped.
Exchanges
Unfortunately due to the nature of the limited products, we do not accept any exchanges. Please refer to a hat size chart to find the correct sizing.
All sale items purchased are considered final. Only returns of defective or incorrect merchandise will be eligible for 100% money back and return shipping paid for.
All orders of apparel are subject to a 2-5 day processing before shipping as the merchandise is print on demand.
For US orders, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. For international orders, please allow 5-7 business days for order processing and verification.
We will accept general returns for full priced merchandise, however the return shipping must be paid for by the customer. Shipping is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for paying the freight on return shipments.

PRODUCTS OF SERVICES
Estimated production time varies for each product, it can be found in the product description on each product page.
Before production, all orders require both final artwork proof approval and 50% to 100% payment.
General Production Time
Products with pad printing - estimated 7 to 10 business days
Products with direct to garment, direct to film, vinyl - estimated 7 to 10 business days
Products with vinyl - estimated 7 to 10 business days
If you require your order to be processed as a rush job, please call us directly to confirm. Rush charges may apply.
Rush orders are accepted only if production schedule allows and stock is available. Rush Service does not include rush delivery service.
Custom Printed Promotional Items Varies on quantities
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

OUT OF STOCK MERCHANDISE
We do not guarantee that every item is in stock at all times. If you order multiple items and some of the items are out of stock, we may process your order by shipping the available items and refunding you for the unavailable ones. However we will contact you before proceeding with the shipment of the order.
